MUSIC
Soundscapes co-authored by the living world. The electrical whispers of plants, the warmth of acoustic instruments, and frequencies chosen with care. Each release below says plainly what it is made of, noting where the science rests and where the mystery begins. True wonder needs no amplification.
01 | Serenity
A still, slow ambient landscape seeded by the electric pulse of plants, resonant quartz, brass vessels, and tunings chosen for their beauty.
This piece is a sanctuary for the deep exhale. The bowls and the plants are real collaborators; what you hear is their resonance, measured and left beautifully bare.
On the research: listening to slow, relaxing music is associated with reduced stress, across more than a hundred controlled trials (de Witte et al. 2019). Serenity was not part of any study; it is simply the kind of quiet that research is pointing at.

02 | Sacred Dream
A beautiful descent into rest. Anchored by the native flute of my father, Sky Redhawk, this deep-moving journey is cultivated from the bio-rhythms of forest flora. Designed to dissolve the edges of the waking mind, it is a soundscape made to simply melt into.
The music breathes with the living signals of plants, intertwined through every shadow and note. Their voice is the literal foundation of the sound.
On the research: listening to gentle music is associated with improved subjective sleep quality in adults (Cochrane review, Jespersen et al. 2022). Sacred Dream was not tested in a trial; we just make the kind of quiet the research is talking about.

A Note on Solfeggio
These pieces are tuned to Solfeggio frequencies because they sound beautiful, not because an "ancient sacred frequency" story is true. We kept the tuning and dropped the mythology.
